These Terms of Use govern how users may access and use the online listings portal twinpart.lt, operated by MB Autoroyal, registered address: Jonažolių g. 3‑16, LT‑04134 Vilnius. By using the Website, the user acknowledges having read these Terms, understands them, and agrees to be bound by them.
Purpose of the Website and Services Provided
The Website is intended for publishing listings related to motorcycles, their parts, accessories, and services associated with motorcycling. The services provided include listing publication, highlighting, promotion/boosting, advertising, user communication functionalities, filtering, recommendations, and account management tools. The Operator is not a party to sales/purchase transactions between users and assumes no responsibility for the performance of such arrangements.
User Registration and Account Management
A user may use the Website with or without an account. When creating an account, the user must provide accurate and up‑to‑date information and ensure that account credentials are not shared with third parties. The user is responsible for the security of their account and all actions performed through it. Upon detecting unauthorised access, the user shall promptly notify the Operator. The Operator may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate the account if there are indications of a breach of these Terms or security risks.
User Obligations and Conduct Standards
The user shall use the Website in compliance with applicable laws, moral standards, ethical norms, and these Terms. It is prohibited to submit false, misleading, offensive, harmful, or unlawful information on the Website. It is also prohibited to distribute content promoting violence, pornography, discrimination, or coercion; to post content infringing third‑party intellectual property; or to share information contrary to public order or likely to cause harm to other users. The user shall not use the Website to inflict technical harm, attempt intrusions, circumvent security measures, or otherwise disrupt operation of the Website. The user must communicate respectfully with other users and with the Operator and avoid confrontational or harmful conduct.
Rules for Publishing Listings
When publishing a listing, the user must provide accurate and truthful information about the motorcycle, parts, or services. All submitted data, descriptions, and photos must be lawful, must not infringe third‑party rights, and must not fall within prohibited content categories. Photos must be clear, reflect the actual item, and must not contain misleading effects or third‑party markings. The listing price must be genuine and reasonable, and any additional conditions must be clearly stated where applicable. By publishing a listing, the user grants the Operator a licence to use the listing content to the extent necessary for proper service provision, including displaying it on the Website and in its advertising.
Moderation of Listings and Content Removal
The Operator has the right to review listings and remove them if they violate these Terms, applicable law, or pose risks to users. The Operator may also adjust incorrect categories or technical elements to improve listing quality. Content may be removed immediately, without prior notice, where a violation is evident. The user is afforded an opportunity to provide an explanation for removal, and any complaint will be examined within a reasonable period.
Paid Services and Payments
Certain functionalities of the Website may be paid. Before ordering such a service, the user is informed of the price, duration, scope, and other relevant conditions. Payments are processed by third‑party payment service providers, and the Operator does not store payment card data. Refunds are made only in the cases and under the conditions specified on the Website.
Transactions Between Users
The Operator is not responsible for transaction performance terms, item quality, price, payment, or delivery. All aspects of a transaction are agreed directly between users. The Operator does not require guarantees and does not participate in disputes arising from sales/purchase relationships.
Intellectual Property
All structure, design, texts, software code, and logos on the Website are the property of MB Autoroyal. The content of a user’s listing remains the property of that user; however, upon publishing a listing, the user grants the Operator the right to use the listing content to the extent necessary for service provision. It is prohibited to copy or reproduce any materials of the Website without official permission.
Privacy and Data Protection
Use of the Website implies the user’s consent to the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy available on the Website. Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable laws and the GDPR requirements. The user may exercise their rights as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability Limitations
The Operator endeavours to ensure smooth operation of the Website, but cannot guarantee that the Website will operate without interruptions or errors. The Operator is not liable for content uploaded by users, technical failures, data loss, or damage arising from the actions of third parties or the fault of users. The Website is provided on an “as is” basis, and use of the Website is at the user’s own risk.
Service Restriction or Termination
The Operator may restrict or terminate service provision to a user due to violations of these Terms, security risks, or technical issues. The user may terminate use of the account at any time by deleting it or by contacting the Operator.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are to be resolved primarily through negotiation, by contacting via email. If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be adjudicated by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the Operator’s registered office location.
